To be accepted, the returned item must be:

- Undamaged and without signs of use
Return Procedure

- We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address.
- Ship the item carefully packaged at your expense.
- Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process your request within 5 business days.

We do not offer direct refunds, except in the case of a proven product defect.
